For the best results, you should wear your aligners for at least 20 hours per day and switch to the next set every 10 days.

There are no food restrictions as long as you remove your aligners before eating. However, always keep your aligners clean and store them in their container when not in use.

Some patients experience mild soreness during the first few days of wearing a new set of aligners. This is completely normal and indicates that the aligners are working. The discomfort usually fades over time.

The duration of treatment depends on the severity of misalignment. It can range from several months to two years. After treatment, wearing retainers for at least one year is recommended to maintain the results.
